3. User Accounts

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of that period.

5. Studio Booking and Sessions

5.1 Booking Policy

  • Studio sessions must be booked in advance through our platform
  • Session times are subject to availability
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full credit
  • No-shows will forfeit the session time from your plan

5.2 Studio Conduct

You agree to:

  • Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
  • Respect studio equipment and facilities
  • Follow all safety and operational guidelines
  • Not engage in illegal activities on premises

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all music, recordings, and content you create using our Services ("Your Content"). By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and host Your Content on our servers
  • Process and deliver Your Content as part of our Services
  • Display Your Content in promotional materials with your consent

6.2 Platform Content

All beats, templates, and materials provided through our platform are licensed, not sold. You may use licensed beats according to the specific license terms (exclusive or non-exclusive).

6.3 Company Property

Our Services, including the website, software, logos, and branding, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our property without permission.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
